Paradigm Shift or Return to Order?

Recently, at the behest of my husband, three of us in the family started a diet–the Flat Belly Diet, to be exact. It’s been a difficult process for me because, clearly, I love to cook. With oil. And butter. And sugar, wine, beef, pasta…you get the picture. Bon Appetit not only is my guilty pleasure, it represents the only area in my life in which I’ve indulged my leisure pleasures in the past many years…in the kitchen.
